.:Annabel's Birthday:.

Today I went to Annabel's birthday party...okay la, actually her birthday is on the 27th but she wanted to celebrate this event with us, so the date was pushed forward. Start the day by playing soccer with the other people....like I EVER played real soccer in my life...this is kinda the first time I am involved in an actual game with my friends. Of course made plenty of mistakes...but one has to learn from mistakes and improve right? Johnson proved to be an pro...even in soccer...I'm already like awed by his basketball and LAN skills alone..

Went to clementi MRT station. Realised that I have not bought a present yet. Quickly called lenard for help and ask him to help me buy. Phew. Waited for quite long for the in clementi MRT station...soon found out why the train came so late..someone had jumped into the railway track and sucide as the train comes....scary...therfore causes delay.

We were late to go to Annabel's house as we went to eat and the others need to find a present. When we finally reached her house at around 4 plus, Edmund immediately set up his ps2...haiz, as usual. The ulitmate sad thing is that he never bring a second controller. Otherwise could have an "Competition" liao. (though i think the reason is that he doesn't want someone to scream while playing...lolx...anyway I eyed the annabel's piano for quite long..but did not touch it...until Angie and gang went to occupy there for about an hour (as I was not doing anything much..I was dead bored..and I really wanted to play it so much). After a long time...I finally could touch..The sensation is very different from a keyboard..hmm..Also ate a lot...annabel kept serving us and run around the house....haix. Then later watched LOTR...winifred being the one holding the controller kept skipping scenes to her favourite part...(all involved watching the handsome Legolas...haiz). Might as well dun watch. I think i also learn a bit of manjong...having seen other people play. Still there until 9 plus...dead tired...take a taxi home. Yawnz. That's all...now have to do a lot of things on saturday liao..haiz.....sleep.now....

.:2nd Day Of School:.

"Go Take Your Things! How many times have I told you to bring ALL the things down? Nonsense!" Hmm. Exactly quoted from Mr Chan during today's Chem practical session. At least thats when we know its really a practical session. Haix, does it mean it that every wed's recess we must bring all our Chem stuff with us?? I'm not having the best of practical...I was one of the last to complete the experiment...maybe because my pipette filler dun work. I was so glad that I did not break anything and hastily wash all the stuff...when "Brang!", one of the test tube I was holding dropped to the sink, which broke immediatly. Not only that...I was already very mentally distorted by the breakage of the test-tube (my fifth?? hmm..cannot remb), that I bang onto the burette and pipette as I walked out of my bench. The good news is that the pipette just hang dangerously on the bench. The very bad news is that the burette, experience a force of gravity after being pushed, and is attracted to it...and move towards it at great speed...and..................."KRANG" OH NO!!! My burette broke! This was the second one. The first one happens in sec3...not totally not fault...but this time....its really my fault...haiz. Burette gotta be expensive. Haiz....I'm so sorry.

.:New Blog Layout:.

Okay, finally I have changed the layout. The old one has been rusting for about one and a half month already. Still Based on Naruto, this blog is a little bit more interesting as you could change the picture at the side! Just in case you dunno, just click on the names below. My Favourite is of course Naruto himself la. Maybe the next layout will be based on Bleach! haha. Looks like all the layouts are based on animes liao from now-on.

Nothing so shocking on the start of school, maybe just a little bit tired. We ran two rounds around the school today in preparation of NAFA test. Now slightly feeling better although Yong Zuan is way ahead of me and I went pass the time limit Mr Foo set by ten seconds. Haix. Somemore he is leaving this school soon...meaning there will be a change in teacher. I think he's not bad...quite experienced but not oldy.

Quite happy today...finally things has gone right for once. Hehz. Shan't say what is it otherwise people will say I am showing off. Okay. Advertisement again. FLAG DAY

Today turns out to be flag day..to help people the disabled people's association. We gathered at clementi CC and proceed to Ginza area to collect money. Hmm. I went to plenty of locations to gather up. Here is it:

Location 1 - Void Deck
Douglas and I decided to block off the way to the bus stop and stop ppl and ask them for donations. We first saw a man who is a painter. I was about to say that if that painter gave money I would chop off my head. To my surprise, when douglas went forward and ask, the painter actually gave two bucks. Wow. Then we went to capture other people...found that actually they were quite willing to gave in this kind of peaceful surroundings, unlike those people walking around interchanges of crowded areas. They tend to be more rushed and would give that as an excuse. Suddenly feel so glad that I am posted to this area. Although less crowded, people are willing to give. Success rate: 50%

Location 2 - Flats
Douglas, me, arthur and henry separated to capture those ppl. The plan is simple, arthur and henry would collect money from the top floor and downwards while me and douglas would collect donations from the first floor onwards until we meet the other two. I only approach those flats that had their front doors open. Soon I realised that this people are used to students going up and asking for donations. I only had too asked who am I collecting for then they will dig into their wallets. And their donations were not like ten cents or twenty cents. Most of them actually gave $1 and above. I guess the reason for it is that they trust us students and gave quite a big sum cuz we actually walked up into their flats for donations. We continued like this for two blocks, and its quite successful, although quite tiring to walk up and down. Success rate - 80%

Location 3 - Void Deck II
This time we spilt up. Each of us were posted to different locations. Actually the flow of people were quite poor during afternoons at the void deck. However most people I asked would donate. Along the way I saw Kiah How and he donated a few coins...at least better than nothing right? Its the heart that counts! Success Rate - 50%

Location 4 - Ginza Escalator
This is the best location I feel. The flow of people were moderate and the atmosphere were less rushed..unlike interchanges. Many people pass by there and I think I stood there for about 2 hours. It was great. Most of the donations I have gotten actually came from there. People donate anywhere ranges from 5 cents to 2 dollars. Usually I would approach parents with kids. They tend to be willing to give...and also middle-aged women and men. Some students who were younger than me actually came up to me! I was quite touched by their gesture. Although success rate were not high, the enormous flow of people passing through actually helps me. In the end, I think the amount I collected filled about half the tin and should amass to at least twenty dollars... Sucess rate : 55%

Overall I feel that today had been a sucess. Hmm. There are also quite a few kinds of refusal to donate. It ranges from 1) A shake in the hand (means no), 2) People walking with their heads bowed low and walked faster than lightning before I can even come up to, 3) People avoided my way..(Which is quite unlikely...haha) 4) Say they had no change, 5) Said that they had donate before and point towards their sticker.

But it doesn't matter...Thanks for Everyone who had made a donation!

EXPEDITION II

Expedition II - Wild Wild Wet Time!
Today's trip brought me to Jurong Swimming Complex, which comprises of a main olympic size pool, a wave pool, and 3 slides of varying length and height. Apparently today would be the only free day left before a barrage of activites took over, so I took full advantage of today. Haiz. Alas. A lot of people are either 1) Too Tired 2) Busy----Tuition 3)Or Parents dun allow. I must say its part of my fault though. I only decided the trip the day before at 11pm, so its quite hard for everyone too notice. So its only me and Andy who's going to the complex...oh well..fine.

Chapter I - I Am SO Early
10am - Andy called me and still replied there is still no one-else to come with us. Therefore we decided to meet at Chinese Garden MRT at about 11 plus. Hmm. I thought Andy would be later than me as he lived somewhere near chinatown whereas I lived at holland avenue, so therefore I walk at a snail's pace towards the MRT. Muahahaha. Still got time to get off at Clementi just to buy a top-up card...first time my card left only 45 cents...can you believe it?

Chapter II - I Am SO Late
11.30am - Just as I stroll into the MRT heading towards chinese garden, Andy Suddenly called me. Looks like he had already reached Chinese Garden!!! How can that BE??? Lolx. Regreted wasting so much time walking about...SOrry Andy!

Chapter III - The Pool
12pm - Reached chinese garden about 10 minutes later..hmm..glad Andy was not angry. Hmm. Looks like singapore had produced an "oreo" brand phone...and Andy bought it...seems like he is very angry about it cause the phone kept on shutting itself. Anyway reached the pool and swim for quite a while...as usual the water is super cold when you first step into it..but gradually the body get used to it. Circled lazy river 1 round before proceeding to the wave pool.

12.30pm - As usual the whole crowd of people went to the wave pool when the waves come in. Too bad we didn't rent a float, as it will double the fun. Hmm. Bobbbling up and down countless of waves, and trying to reach out onto the walls. It was actually quite fun.

1pm - Hmm. Nothing much to say. Swam about 8 laps...and become quite exhuasted...oh no..stamina decrease really by a lot. Looks like have to fail NAFA. haiz.

Chapter IV - KFC
2pm - After an tiring swim, its time to get back the fats again by eating KFC! Muahaha. Ate a free popcorn chicken thanks to andy, as well a Zinger burger....Now that I have mention it..I'm starting to feel a bit angry...

Chapter V - Jurong Point
3.30pm - The first shop we went into was a shop that sells all sorts of consoles, video games blah blah. I also saw the PSP, Playstation Portable. It could not only play movies, Mp3 music, it also allows internet and as well as gaming on the move. Super cool. However it cost $599. Wow!. Saw the trailer for Final Fantasy VII - Advent Children. It was fantastic and a visual treat. Definitely going to watch as soon as it comes out. The arcade there was full of people...cannot even play DDR...because two people kept on hogging it. Haiz. Time to go home.

Chapter VI - Suntec City
6pm - Today's expedition turned out to be quite long. My parents wanted to take me to Suntec Carefour. Ha. Looks like they have finally decided to let me buy a new keyboard. Hmm. Saw quite a few...got keyboards which have keylighting, and I even saw an electric piano. Really sounds and feels like a real piano. However it cost around $1500!!! Retreated back to keyboards, I bought one at $269...they gave the adapter few...then when we went out of carefour and were feeling somekinda form, a man came up to us and said that the adpater is not free at all. A quick check at the cashier shows that its $50. I was quite angry about it, Cause they never told us in the first place. If they told us, I would have bought one which cost $199 which gave a adapter. Now have to fork out an extra hundred bucks. But my father still paid for it..haiz. Too expensive. However I must say, this new keyboard is quite cool..think gonna take a pic asap...

The holidays has arrived at last
A short sudden calm and peace
Yet everyone can feel
The real storm is coming soon
Preparing and Preventing
Making fine adjustments
To cope the coming storm
Is what everybody is doing
Yet I feel that I am
Neither prepared
Nor preventing
What am I going to do?
The aim had become clear
I shall conquer "O" levels Chinese
Nothing but an one will do

Went to Orchard with wenyao, huijun and sabina today. Wait up quite early thanks to wenyao's phone call :p Turns out someone had take the MRT round the whole of Northeast line just to reach clementi when she could have taken the east-west line. Waited very long on the MRT. When finally decided to head to clementi MRT, the two late-comers had finally arrive. Lolx. Take the mrt all the way to orchard MRT, then realise that they wanted to go HMV. We then walked all the way down to orchard, encountering many students who wanted donations. Hmm. Saturday also still have this kind of thing? I thought its five day week. Kinda pity them...then suddenly realised that I will also have to become like them on wed. Haiz. Anyway turns out HMV is not the "main objective", however, its the neoprint shop at the top level of HMW building that attracts them. Reluctantly I smiled to the camera, which take photos very quickly. This results in some people not having enough time and only covered half their face. Along the way saw xin yun and gang. Hmm. Looks like everyone love to go out at a beautiful saturday afternoon like this. Sudden felt so hungry. Wen yao suggested an extremely "bright" idea of walking all the way to Plaza Singapura from our current location. Arrived to the footcourt 20 minutes later. Simply refused to go to mcdonalds cuz its an extremely waste of time since we had arrive all the way down to plaza Singapura. Also visited carefour..realised that there is no keyboards there for sale now. Haiz. Took Mrt back Buona vista and bade farewell to the other three. Time for bball! Turns out to be a concidence actually. I was originally waiting for Johnson...who said He doesn''t want to come when I have reached the court. Luckily I was patient enough to wait for ten minutes when Wei Jie and Kimson miraclously appear. Played quite a few rounds. Along the way played with a group of girls. One of them were extremely rough. I was picked the unfortunate person to block him. She's actually quite good, but then she fought for the ball unfairly. When she realised that I was the pest that kept on blocking me, she Bang on me hard when I've gotten the ball. What an *&%$! Haiz. Anyway came back now, extremely tired...

Yes! I've learned two more complete bars of An jing! Lolx....okay okay that's not much of a achievement to those piano experts out there (who could just close one eye and still be able to sight-read..) but to me it is because I dun even have a basics on piano! Not even grade 1! Okay, enough enough.......

Now is 10.38pm..today does not gone very well..supposed to went to buy specs, but found it was too expensive, and so my parents dun allow me to buy. So had to stay to the same pair. Sianz. But then its better than finding another colour which I dun like. Now very tired...but I still watch to watch a football match tonight! Tat's why I am still awake now duh. Okay.

Highly recommend people should watch Naruto 124 and Bleach eps 21. Both are reaching the climax of the show! Go to www.narutofan.com to look for it.

Today we've got health check-up, a nice excuse to skip two periods or so in a row. Hmm.. not so luckily enough to skip biology test, as Mr Chan is smart enough to rearrange the check-up to a later time. However, we did manage to skip one period of chinese and humanities though. The checkup was super boring. Waited for about half an hour to hear the nurse say just one phase "Oh, you are all right. You can go now". Hmm.. the girls in front took a long time to finish. Haiz. But thanks to them anyway we get to skip the chinese lesson.

Now still got chinese test and amaths before finishing this hectic but not so hectic term (when compared to term 2 and 3...). ZzZzZ.

Maybe you are right....all the time I have been doing it the wrong way...perhaps thats the reason why you can become so sucessful. Thank you very much!

Taking a breather after Biology revision...cramp my mind with the processes..guess what's the topic??? Its Sexual Reproduction in man! Quite boring now though, as it merely a lots more elaboration to what we have learnt in sec 2. Not as fun as then. But still...

Seem to be taking an interest in two main things nowadays. Watch the anime "Bleach" and "Naruto" as well learning how to play anjing on piano (Two hands...of course). Hmm. Everybody seems to be scrambling to the piano immediately after recess. Ben as usual held the spotlight by displaying his fantastic and remarkably fine display of how he uses both of his hands to make music. We were simply the audience that "ahh" and "oohh" all the way. Okay lah. Maybe not that bad. But he's really good. Maybe after O levels I would persuade my parents to buy a real piano at home and learn piano as well. Beats nothing to do for four months...

English seems to be getting better now. For now I am passing every comprehension that Mrs Sanmugum set, including the test and the practice (Miracle...I thought I would have failed). However the marks are not good enough to see me to the passing mark. Looks like for the second time in new town I will have D7 for my english in my PPR. Hopefully its the last time. I gonna make sure I improve. Hmm... Aim for being the first guy who can get six-points! I would do my best! My competitors...be wary!! Muahaha. Kk. Not that serious.

I think I gonna only spend time playing basketball during weekends. After going home without playing a single game of basketball due to too much ppl AGAIN, I feel that its too crap. Think gonna meet you at the same place at buona vista at 4pm to play bball again. You can show off your skills again! Lolx. Okay. Quit nagging for now.
